great location friendly staff clean room water spilling old fan thin wall
the location was great near the tube. i appreciated being across from hyde park! the staff were friendly. the rooms were clean.
every shower sent water spilling across the bathroom floor. the old pull-cord fan did very little to remove the humidity. the sheets were never changed and quickly felt unpleasant. you could clearly hear people in other rooms and pipes. the street noise was also present.

The room included a clothes rack for storage. This was convenient. the beds were comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
the lift moved slowly and was rather small.

charming stay!
helpful staff perfect location
the staff was helpful and very nice! my room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. the location near hyde park was perfect for morning walks.
the antiquated lift moved very slowly. it caused some delays especially when carrying luggage.

the building boasts awesome interior architecture, a one-of-a-kind design, and a very large window. i saw beautiful treeswith a peaceful atmosphere, plus, the hotel has convenient access to the underground and a nearby bus stop.

the breakfast buffet offered a simple yet satisfying selection of items. i found the choices included tasty bread, cheese, ham, and yogurt, i enjoyed starting my day with a quick and convenient meal.
